Wayne Wright LLP Constitution Day Contest

Wayne Wright Lawyers is proud to collaborate with the KIN program on their Speaker Series. The topic for September is the "Constitution" as it coincides with Constitution Day and Citizenship Day which is celebrated every year on September 17. In conjunction with this speaking engagement, Wayne Wright Lawyers is hosting a contest in the eight (8) participating elementary schools to promote awareness of our Constitution. Wayne Wright Lawyers will also take part in the January KIN Speaker Series that will focus on Civil Rights.

KIN Mission Statement:
The Kids' Involvement Network and KIN Challenge programs provide after-school enrichment activities and supervision for elementary and middle school students in a way that will improve their attitudes, grades and behavior so they will be positive members of the school and community.

Constitution Day Contest Rules:

Kinder — 2nd

Draw a picture that represents what Freedom means to you.
Picture must be drawn on the page handed out at the KIN Speaker Series on the Constitution presented by Wayne Wright Lawyers.
Drawing will be judged on creativity, neatness, and originality.

3rd — 5th

Write an essay explaining why the Bill of Rights is important to you.
Essay must be written on the page handed out at the KIN Speaker Series presented by Wayne Wright Lawyers.
Essay will be judged on creativity, neatness, proper grammar and spelling.

Deadline:
The Constitution Day Contest begins and ends as follows:

Colonial Hills Elementary — contest begins 09/14/2010 and ends 09/21/2010.
Dellview Elementary — contest begins 09/15/2010 and ends 09/22/2010.
Ridgeview Elementary — contest begins 09/16/2010 and ends 09/23/2010.
West Avenue Elementary — contest begins 09/17/2010 and ends 09/24/2010.
East Terrell Hills Elementary — contest begins 09/21/2010 and ends 09/28/2010.
Walzem Elementary — contest begins 09/22/2010 and ends 09/29/2010.
Camelot Elementary — contest begins 09/23/2010 and ends 09/30/2010.
Wilshire Elementary — contest begins 09/24/2010 and ends 10/01/2010.

Grand Prize:
Four (4) Grand Prize winners (2 from each group) will be selected from each participating school. Each Grand Prize winner will receive 2 tickets to a San Antonio Spurs game. Grand Prize Winners will also have their pictures posted on WayneWright.com.

Winners will be decided subjectively. All decisions are final.
